We are seeking a passionate Family Support Partner on our Wraparound Services team located in the Davie & Davidson County area . Your Role in Our Mission The Family Partner uses lived experience raising a child with behavioral health needs to provide one-on-one, strengths-based support to families. As a key member of the Child and Family Team (CFT), the Family Partner empowers caregivers to advocate for themselves, navigate services, and build resiliency. This role involves mentoring families, supporting care coordination, connecting them to community resources, and promoting positive outcomes through collaborative, family-driven planning. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, primarily business hours, but does include 3pm - 7pm to accommodate the family's schedules as needed. Requirements

  • Must be a parent or primary caregiver of a child who has received services for I/DD and/or mental health
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience promoting the ,client's “voice and choice” preferred
  • A valid driver's license, current auto insurance and a good driving record
