About The Position
SHAH Development, LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking full-time Farm Hands to join our team and help with the daily operations of a cattle farm.
Requirements
- Prior farm or livestock experience preferred (not required; willing to train the right person)
- Comfortable working around cattle and large animals
- Ability to operate tractors and other farm equipment and vehicles
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Feed and water cattle daily
- Monitor herd health and report any signs of illness or injury
- Assist with moving, sorting, and handling cattle
- Clean and maintain barns, pens, and feeding areas
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment (tractors, loaders, etc.)
- Repair fences and assist with general farm maintenance
- Assist with haying, pasture management, and seasonal tasks
- Load/unload feed, supplies, and livestock when needed
