Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, administration, or a similar role—preferably in a healthcare or technology company.
  • Demonstrated event planning and logistical coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Oracle tools/ERP experience a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; experience with financial tracking or auditing highly valued.
  • Ability to proactively prioritize, multitask, and take initiative in an evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Must be U.S. citizen and role requires ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare IT, consulting, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Health solutions and processes.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
