The Federal Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Armada’s success across federal customers by owning contract execution after award and translating signed deals into delivered outcomes. This role blends operational leadership, technical fluency, and customer engagement to ensure federal projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest performance standards. The Federal Operations Manager serves as the primary execution lead for multiple concurrent federal projects across civilian agencies and defense-adjacent organizations. They interface directly with federal customers during kickoff, execution, and closeout, while coordinating closely with Armada’s sales, product, engineering, finance, and partner teams to deliver Atlas SaaS, Galleon IaaS, AI-enabled edge solutions—or integrated combinations of all three. This role is instrumental in building trust with federal customers, maintaining operational excellence, ensuring compliance, and identifying opportunities to expand scope and value during execution.
