About The Position

The Fence Weaver operates a fence weaver machine that forms wire fencing. Fence Weaver at NPSG Global works in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-moving manufacturing environment where safety and quality are of the highest priority.

Work Environment: Manufacturing environment with intermittent noise, long periods of standing in a warehouse-type physical space, with exposure to noise and dust in hot and cold climates.

Requirements

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• 1 year machine operator experience is preferred, but not necessary - we will train.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to perform simple math, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and take measurements using tape measure.
• Bending, sitting, lifting 100 pounds consistently, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing on cement floor, walking on manufacturing floor, communication (speaking/listening as well as typing/reading).
• Must be willing to learn new machinery and work as a team.
• Must have a good work ethic and be reliable.
• Must be willing to work day shift or second/swing shift, as well as be open to overtime and Saturday work as needed.
