This role operates in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and requires strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined release management, and hands-on vehicle support.

Requirements

  • Vehicle-specific configuration specifications.
  • Network Interface Designs (NID).
  • Special Characteristics Communication and Agreement forms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to establish and execute project frameworks with defined deliverables and timelines.
  • Expertise in preparing technical engineering documents and presentations.
  • Expertise in validating processes and designing applications.
  • Proven experience within Agile frameworks.
  • Expert-level skills in creating comprehensive engineering documents.
  • Strong understanding of software planning and the vehicle program release lifecycle.

Nice To Haves

  • Desirable experience with systems like WERS and IVS.
  • Practical knowledge of automotive quality standards.
  • Experience with DVP&R (Design Verification Plan and Report) and DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engineering sign-off activities in alignment with GPDS for global vehicle programs.
  • Collaborate with vehicle program teams, system integration, vehicle operations, software development/release teams, and OTA (Over-the-Air) organizations.
  • Delivering impactful technical presentations.
  • Ability to establish robust project frameworks.
  • Define milestones, deliverables, and critical-path timelines.
  • Release Fennec software into the AELE core WERS AE400 system and IVS/JFrog repositories.
  • Establish and maintain BTP supplier project framework.
  • Perform on-site software flashing, validation, and diagnostics from early development (EBB) through OKTB and into production.
  • Ensure successful vehicle launches and robust OTA campaign execution.
