Why this role Hands on ownership of production machinery for ferrous materials Direct line of sight to quality and throughput targets Opportunities to share knowledge and elevate the team What you will tackle Run and monitor ferrous manufacturing machinery to maintain stable, high quality output Conduct routine inspections and perform light maintenance to sustain performance Apply safety protocols rigorously and keep the workspace clean and orderly Work closely with teammates to achieve production goals and meet deadlines Record production metrics and flag discrepancies to supervisors quickly Assist with training new hires on processes and safety procedures Participate in continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and a knack for troubleshooting Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong communication skills and team orientation Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and practices Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed Core proficiencies Equipment troubleshooting Maintenance and repair skills Experience in a manufacturing environment Ready to apply your skills where they matter most Meet us in Auburn and help drive world class ferrous production.

Requirements
