Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years in a clerical or administrative position required.
  • Must be able to effectively perform all responsibilities of position.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills, communicate effectively, orally and written.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficient with routine office equipment, including computer, telephone, copy machine, fax, and two-way radio.
  • Must have a current Arkansas driver's license without violations that would prohibit insurability, or which would adversely impact ability to perform job.
  • Job duties are performed in an office environment with occasional overtime and/or irregular hours.
  • Will require extended periods of sitting and use of a keyboard and computer.
  • This position requires the ability to lift files (occasionally up to 15 lbs.), open filing cabinets and bend, stoop, or stand, as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a variety of clerical and administrative functions supporting the operations construction department, including scheduling work orders, telephone communication with business partners and field personnel, data entry, and handling project administrative tasks.
  • Processes and help coordinate construction work orders, service order closings, and permit applications, reporting on status of same.
  • Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and approvals
  • Prioritize workflows throughout day.
  • Manage subcontractor communications.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions or claims, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Assist in processing resolution of customer complaints.
  • Collect and analyze operations daily work logs and field reports
  • Track, analyze, and audit contractor invoicing
  • Assists in generating daily, weekly, or monthly production reports.
  • Complete any IT/Security training as assigned
  • Support quality control auditing efforts
  • Assists in compiling compliance reports for engineering such as SOCII
