About The Position
Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Fiberglass Buffer! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN. Fiberglass Buffer’s starting pay is $20.64/hr. and with positive reviews can be increased to $22.64/hr after 60 days. After the first week of work, employees are eligible for an Attendance Bonus averaging an additional $100/month. Shift Schedule is 5 am to 1:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Why Smoker Craft? Requirements
- Candidates must have previous fiberglass buffing experience.
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be a quality minded individual
Nice To Haves
- Experience in jobs like auto body repair/auto detailing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Buffing fiberglass boats/parts
- Ability to use power tools, such as sander and buffer
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Ability to maintain a clean working area and safe work habits
