Essential Duties and Responsibilities Practice Leadership (OEM- Centric Practices) Owns and governs individual practices, each built around strategic OEM platforms, including Cisco, HPE, IBM, Microsoft, and additional complimentary OEM’s. Technology practices include but are not limited to: Enterprise Networking Collaboration Modern Data Center/Cloud Security AI Managed Services and Customer Experience Defines practice strategy and charter aligned to OEM capabilities and GTM priorities. Leverages OEM reference architectures and services to accelerate solution creation. Establishes practice standards, including: Approved OEM services and patterns Security and compliance baselines Cost and performance guardrails Builds and develop practice leadership and senior architects. Ensures consistency and technical quality across all practice‑led engagements. Portfolio Ownership (OEM-Led Offerings) Maintains accountability for a market‑facing portfolio that is built on OEM platforms. Owns the solutions portfolio lifecycle: Concept → Validation → Pilot → GA → Scale → Retirement. Ensures each offering is: Based on stable, supported OEM services Commercially packaged and repeatable Secure, compliant, and enterprise‑ready Rationalizes the portfolio by removing low‑adoption or duplicate offerings. Partners with Product and Alliances to align portfolio with OEM roadmaps and co‑innovation initiatives. Maintains accurate positioning, value propositions, and differentiation against competitors. AI & GenAI Customer-Ready Solutions Ensures AI offerings move beyond experimentation into operational, governed solutions using OEM AI services, including Cisco, HPE, IBM, Microsoft Defines standard AI solution using OEM platforms. Ensures adoption of OEM‑supported models, tooling, and guardrails. Defines production requirements: Data quality and governance Security and compliance Observability, cost management, and performance OEM & Partner Alignment Acts as the senior technical counterpart to OEM partners and alliances teams Aligns practices and portfolio to: OEM product roadmaps Co‑sell and marketplace strategies Joint value propositions Participates in OEM advisory boards, roadmap briefings, and partner programs. Ensures architects and field teams are certified and enabled on OEM platforms. Field Execution & Revenue Acceleration Serves as executive technical sponsor on strategic and complex opportunities. Supports sales teams in shaping: Solution architecture OEM platform selection Business value and ROI narratives Leads customer executive briefings, innovation sessions, and architecture reviews. Drives expansion by aligning customer roadmaps to portfolio offerings and OEM capabilities. Governance & Scale Establishes architecture and offering stage‑gates to approve OEM usage and solution readiness. Maintains a pattern and accelerator library based on OEM reference designs. Ensures local and regional teams adhere to global practice and portfolio standards. Captures lessons learned to continuously improve offerings and delivery efficiency. General Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors. Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.
