Aggreko’s Mechanical Engineering Rotational Program lets you start where technicians start—working directly with engines, chillers, pumps, and generators—while growing into a field-ready engineer. Real Equipment. Real Fieldwork. Real Engineering. Rotation 1 — Power & Rotating Machinery (New Iberia, LA ~12 Months) Hands-on work with diesel engines, generators, and rotating machinery Work alongside OFA Technicians & Specialists to diagnose and repair equipment Rotation 2 — Temperature Control Systems (Pearland, TX ~18 Months) Learn chillers, AC systems, pumps, cooling towers, and heat exchangers Troubleshoot real customer and equipment challenges Rotation 3 — Field Engineering & Customer Exposure (~6 Months) Paired with a Technical Support Specialist (TSS) Visit customer sites, learn job scoping, and support field operations What You'll do - Technician-Minded Engineers You’ll work in repair centers, depots, and real customer sites, not just an office. Learn directly from experienced technicians, specialists, and engineers. Develop practical troubleshooting skills that make you a true field engineer. Ideal for those who love tools, equipment, and hands-on mechanical work.

Requirements

  • May 2026 Mechanical Engineering graduates (Openings: LA & TX)
  • Hands-on learners who enjoy equipment, diagnostics, and technical challenges
  • Strong communicators who collaborate well with technicians and engineers
  • Willing to rotate between Louisiana and Texas
  • Eligible to work in the US (No sponsorship available)
