What You'll DoComplete industrial construction projects including: concrete work, post-tensioning, waterproofing, structural rehab, slab on grade, etc.Use hand and power tools such as an angle grinder, concrete saw, chipping hammer, etc.Operate industrial construction equipment and tools in accordance with established procedures and guidelinesAttend training regarding applicable equipmentMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly conditionMentor and train team members on proper equipment useAssist in the development of employees including training, holding employees accountable and providing performance feedback to the Shift SupervisorParticipate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety CultureAbility to follow OSHA, EPA, and all company safety policies, rules, and regulations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the construction or manufacturing industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge and experience with various concrete repair techniques, including but not limited to: CFRP, epoxy crack injections, and post-tension cable repairs
  • Must be able to travel for work and stay on travel job sites for up to 2 weeks
  • Possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the industrial construction field
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Valid driver's license with current motor vehicle insurance and a clean driving record
  • Able to multitask and collaborate effectively within a functional, technical, multidiscipline and team to plan and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a positive manner
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required

  • PTI certification is a plus
