Are you a seasoned maintenance professional who knows how to keep systems running and teams aligned? We’re looking for a Field Maintenance Supervisor to take the lead in maintaining the vital infrastructure that keeps our airport ready for action—day or night, rain or shine. Think of this role as the Crew Chief of the Airfield: You’ll plan, organize, and supervise skilled mechanics handling everything from airfield lighting and electrical systems to domestic water, wastewater, and grounds maintenance. Your team will be the boots on the ground, and you’ll be the one steering the ship—making sure repairs are safe, efficient, and done right the first time in our always-on, 24/7/365 operation. If you know what it takes to keep complex systems humming, thrive under pressure, and take pride in leading a dependable, skilled team—this is your flight path to impact . Supervisors work 12-hour shifts, consisting of four days during the first week of the pay period and three days during the second week. The position is assigned to the night shift, which runs from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During the initial 60–90 days, the schedule will be an 8-hour day shifts, after which it will transition to 12-hour night shifts.
