About The Position

Please note : This role is based on-site at our Support Center in Altamonte Springs, FL, and requires a Monday through Friday in-office schedule. In addition, this position includes regular travel, estimated at approximately 25%, based on business needs to support marketing activities within our markets. The Impact You Will Make The Field Marketing Coordinator supports the Field Marketing Manager and broader marketing team by enabling strong, consistent local execution across Everstory locations. This role works closely with location leaders and teams to manage field marketing requests from start to finish, coordinating with internal partners, agency partners, and vendors to deliver assets and programs on time and on brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines using project management tools (e.g., monday.com), ensuring marketing initiatives are executed effectively in-market and aligned with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience supporting a Marketing team, preferably supporting multiple functions and/or multi-location field teams.
  • Experience working for a multi-site, multi-state organization is a plus.
  • Light graphic design skills are a plus, including creating digital/print assets (e.g., social posts, flyers, emails) and supporting brand consistency using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite/Adobe Pro.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and location stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Empathy, discretion, and an understanding of the sensitive nature of our services; commitment to professionalism and respect in all communications.
  • Ability to travel to locations within assigned markets as needed (frequency based on business needs).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned locations, providing timely support, clear communication, and consistent follow-through on field marketing initiatives.
  • Own and manage field marketing requests end to end, including intake, prioritization, scoping, timelines, coordination with internal teams, vendors, and agencies, and final delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, maintaining project visibility, meeting deadlines, and escalating risks or roadblocks as needed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and external agencies to translate field needs into effective, brand-aligned marketing deliverables.
  • Coordinate development and execution of field marketing assets across channels, including print, digital, web, social, direct mail, brochures, and flyers.
  • Oversee marketing collateral management for assigned locations, including ordering, inventory tracking, distribution, and guidance on proper usage.
  • Support local events and community marketing initiatives by coordinating planning, assets, vendors, and logistics, with on-site support as needed.
  • Enable sales and location teams through marketing training, toolkits, playbooks, and guidance to drive consistent execution across markets.
  • Track field marketing activity, project status, and vendor performance using project management tools, CRM systems, and Excel to support reporting and visibility.
  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting SOPs, developing repeatable tools, and supporting reporting that improves field execution.
