Responsibilities

• Shape a high-performing team as the Field Marketing Team Leader.
• Recruit, train, and motivate your team to excel in face-to-face interactions with potential customers.
• Drive lead generation and secure appointments with qualified homeowners.
• Provide leadership and guidance to achieve team goals.

Requirements

• Outgoing and motivated individuals who can educate the public about energy efficiency.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Management experience in these settings is a significant plus.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring employees.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable working with iPads and on computers.
• Flexible hours, including evening work to meet goals.
• Full-time commitment, sometimes involving 50-hour weeks.
