Field Marketing Representative

About the position

Marvin Replacement is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Field Canvassers, where you'll represent our brand through door-to-door appointment setting and proximity marketing efforts. This role involves direct interaction with potential customers to promote the Marvin Replacement brand and products, generating and scheduling qualified sales appointments through positive customer interactions. You will also present and distribute marketing materials, maintain detailed records of interactions, and work towards achieving marketing plan targets. The position requires collaboration with other Brand Promoters and Supervisors to develop effective strategies and participation in training to enhance promotion techniques.

Responsibilities

• Represent Marvin Replacement through direct interaction with potential customers.
• Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments.
• Present and distribute accompanying marketing materials.
• Promote the Infinity from Marvin and Marvin Replacement brands.
• Communicate with potential customers in a professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and leads generated.
• Work towards achieving proximity marketing plan targets.
• Collaborate with other Brand Promoters and Supervisor.
• Participate in training to enhance promotion techniques.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a professional, engaging personality.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable walking up to 5 miles per day outdoors.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to work outdoors.
