The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is primarily responsible for driving Red Bull's marketing strategies through the management of consumer collecting programs: specifically Wings Teams and Student Brand Managers. In addition, the FMS supports the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) in the execution of specific Red Bull Athlete and event projects, maximizing communications output and fostering relationships with local Opinion Leaders.

WINGS TEAM PROGRAM
Set clear goals together with the FMM to drive trial that engages new users and expands the consumer base.
Recruit, train and lead the market Wings Team.
Coach the Wings Team Members (WTM) to continually reinforce best practice and delivery against defined strategy.
Brief/manage Wings Teams to ensure that branded and supported events are harnessed as opportunities to best impact target consumers.
Manage requests for the Wings Teams regarding sales support and sales drives within the region.
Roll out and manage specific activation programs such as "Party Striker" etc.
Recruit, train and manage team captains for each Wings Team to assist in administration, recruiting and planning.
Coach and empower each Wings Team Member to play an active role in the planning process to ensure a constant flow of fresh mission ideas to grow user base.
Network with local contacts and opinion leaders to generate broad reaching mission opportunities in line with strategy to grow user base.

SBM PROGRAM
Recruit, train and manage a team of college students to make Red Bull an integral and relevant part of a student's life.
Initiate, organize and supervise sales offensives together with the local sales team to ensure perfect distribution and visibility at and around campus.
Activate campus relationships & integrate Red Bull into key usage occasions and the right image building opportunities with college students on and off campus.
Lead the creative process within the SBM (and WTM) community to ensure a constant flow of new ideas to build loyalty within the collegiate audience.

SPORTS, CULTURE AND COMMUNICATIONS
Create activities (original local events, activations of national event properties, athlete marketing projects) reflective of the Red Bull Brand values; deliver a clear, strong, authentic brand message to the consumer.
Support select 3rd party sport and culture events that are relevant to the Red Bull brand.
Support the FMM in all other activities as needed. Including, but not limited to: Developing and executing specific Red Bull owned programs, Activating National or Regional Red Bull programs, Building and activating relationships with opinion leaders for local market impact, Execution of Communications plans in local media.
Support FMM as needed in regional priorities in order to boost local output.

IDENTIFY AND SELECTIVELY SUPPORT COLLABORATIVE SALES & MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
Support FMM to work in conjunction with the area sales team to ensure that marketing initiatives and programs are leveraged across the sales channel and the brand image is brought to life within the on premise environment and with key customers.
In secondary markets, act as key marketing contact to local sales / on-premise counterparts.
Actively participate in meetings with local sales team to align marketing and sales strategies.

MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
Work in close collaboration with the Business Unit Consumer Collecting Manager.
Coach and train direct reports (Wings Team Members, Student Brand Managers) to maximize their impact and cultivate their skills and brand knowledge.
Manage expense reports, budget authorization and all other administrative paperwork for direct report responsibilities.
