Overview Review and coach site leadership on management of daily operations and staff, including reporting. Monitor processes and budgets to identify opportunity to reduce waste and increase efficiency. Develop a workforce plan to align the needs and priorities of projects and to identify and develop key employees. Location & Travel: You'll get the opportunity to travel across the US, helping our team build renewables projects. This position is remote with regular travel (50-75%) to job sites. A vehicle allowance will be provided. When travel is required, travel expenses including meals and lodging will be covered on a corporate expense card.
