About The Position

ARK Management is a marketing and outreach firm specializing in live, in-person customer engagement. Our teams work at events, community hubs, and high-traffic venues to connect consumers with essential products and services. We offer a hands-on environment where students gain real, résumé-ready experience in marketing, sales, and customer interaction. We’re seeking outgoing, reliable Field Outreach Interns to join our event-based marketing team. In this role, you’ll interact directly with community members, answer questions, qualify customers, and help guide them through simple applications or sign-up processes. This position is ideal for students who want real-world exposure to sales, outreach, and communication roles. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a 1st- or 2nd-year college program (associate or bachelor’s)
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence interacting with the public
• High energy, dependable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors and moving between various public venues
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Positive attitude—no previous experience needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face outreach at events, shopping centers, campuses, and other public venues
• Engage potential customers, provide information, and support with application or document completion
• Identify and qualify prospects; guide them through sign-up steps
• Maintain and manage assigned territories to maximize outreach performance
• Follow company compliance guidelines, documentation standards, and KPI expectations
• Share field insights, trends, and feedback with the team
• Participate in team briefings, training sessions, and workshops
