Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
Must be 21+
Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight hours
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet
Ability to work in confined spaces and in various weather conditions
Must be able to be on your feet up to 12 hours at a time and withstand variable temperature conditions
Strong technical skills and knowledge of POS systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel
Willingness to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends
Strong Work Ethic
Team Player and willingness to train others
