Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
  • POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • Must be 21+
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and in various weather conditions
  • Must be able to be on your feet up to 12 hours at a time and withstand variable temperature conditions
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and sometimes on weekends
  • Strong Work Ethic
  • Team Player and willingness to train others

Nice To Haves

  • Previous POS experience a plus
  • Previous Restaurant experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain POS systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide onsite and remote support
  • Train customers and document service work
