Field Implementation Technician – Restaurant POS F3 Technologies, Inc . is hiring a Field Implementation Technician to install, support, and maintain restaurant POS systems in the field. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
• POS, IT, or field service experience (restaurant experience a plus)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Must be 21+
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and overnight hours
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 ft
• Stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain POS systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide onsite and remote support
• Train customers and document service work
