As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Repair & Maintenance Technician to help us handle customer repair work and assist with projects across our facilities. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, problem solving, and making things look like they never happened. You’ll work both in customers’ homes resolving move-related damage and on projects at our facilities , helping us maintain and improve our buildings and equipment.

Requirements

Strong drywall repair skills
Experience with trim and finish work
Ability to do paint touch-ups that blend seamlessly
Comfortable working independently
Flooring repair
Furniture repair
Finish carpentry
General handyman experience
Professional and respectful in customers’ homes
Reliable and detail oriented
Valid driver’s license

Customer Repair Work
Drywall patching and repair
Paint touch-ups and blending
Trim and baseboard repair
Minor flooring and carpet repair
Furniture repair
Door, wall, and surface repairs from moving-related damage
Your goal is to restore homes so the damage looks like it never happened while representing Badger Brothers professionally in customers’ homes.
