About The Position

Field Sales Representative Average annual earnings for our Field Sales Representatives are between $120,000 - $130,000. Full-Time | W2 Employee The home improvement industry is broken. In this position, you will: · Spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. · Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed. · We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best – selling!

Requirements

Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
Must be self-motivated and results oriented
Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality
Exceptional customer service
Ability to meet and exceed goals
Works successfully without requiring close supervision
Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road!

Nice To Haves

In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best-in-class customer experience
Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
