About The Position

Tribal Diagnostics is searching for a part-time Field Sales Support Rep in Austin. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8am - noon. Job Summary: The Field Sales Support Representative at Tribal Diagnostics provides on-the-ground support for the sales team by maintaining consistent in-person engagement with key client accounts. This role focuses on relationship maintenance, marketing outreach, and logistical support for existing and prospective clients. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating office lunches, delivering laboratory supplies, conducting regular marketing visits, and maintaining visibility with healthcare provider offices. The Field Sales Support Representative works closely with the Territory Manager and sales leadership to support business development efforts and strengthen client relationships while ensuring providers have the supplies and information needed to utilize Tribal Diagnostics’ services.

  • Ability to maintain consistent field presence and represent Tribal Diagnostics in a professional manner.
  • Ability to travel locally to provider offices and client locations.
  • Ability to lift and transport supply boxes up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to spend extended periods driving and walking between offices.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in healthcare, sales support, marketing, or customer service preferred.
  • Experience working with physician offices or healthcare environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to designated physician offices and healthcare facilities to maintain relationships and ensure continued engagement with Tribal Diagnostics.
  • Perform weekly marketing drop-ins at assigned accounts to maintain visibility and strengthen provider relationships.
  • Visit key accounts periodically for relationship maintenance, including thank-you visits and appreciation touches.
  • Schedule and coordinate office lunches and marketing events with designated accounts.
  • Deliver marketing materials, educational information, and promotional items to provider offices.
  • Ensure consistent presence in the field to reinforce Tribal Diagnostics’ services and support client retention.
  • Deliver laboratory supplies to provider offices as requested.
  • Monitor supply levels during visits and coordinate with the laboratory to ensure clients have necessary materials.
  • Assist offices with supply-related questions and ensure proper usage when needed.
  • Work closely with the Territory Manager and sales leadership to coordinate account visits and marketing efforts.
  • Provide updates on account activity, feedback, and opportunities identified during office visits.
  • Maintain a consistent schedule of visits to assigned accounts as directed by leadership.
