About The Position

As a Field Sales Trainer , you will play a crucial role in maximizing the performance of our sales representatives and empowering them to positively impact the overall sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized coaching and support to sales reps, enabling them to achieve their personal quotas as well as team goals. Effective sales coaching, in line with our company values, will be key to driving growth and success.

Requirements

  • Maintain a Net Close Percentage (NCP) of 22.5% or higher.
  • Achieve an average monthly Net Sales Leads Inquiry (NSLI) of $3,500 or more.
  • Engage in Rilla usage, our AI-enabled software that records sales presentations.
  • Maintain full availability for booking requests, with a minimum of 5 days a week.
  • Maintain a minimum of 8 appointments per week, including ride-alongs.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding contracting and required paperwork.
  • Exemplify the definition and role expectations of a Sales Coach.
  • Provide references from direct managers and peers, submitted via email to the VP of Sales.
  • Complete Leadership "A, B, C" courses in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Obtain Costco Certification (Bath).
  • Obtain Walk-In Tub Certification (Bath).
  • Sales Coaching & Mentorship Ability to develop, train, and guide sales representatives through hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, and feedback to enhance their performance.
  • Leadership & Team Development Capability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a positive and goal-oriented sales culture while reinforcing company values.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution Expertise in sales techniques, closing strategies, and overcoming objections to drive team success and revenue growth.
  • Communication & Active Listening Strong ability to provide clear, constructive feedback, engage in role-playing exercises, and effectively communicate sales tactics and expectations.
  • Analytical & Performance Management Skill in analyzing sales metrics, identifying performance gaps, and implementing strategies to improve individual and team results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly ride-alongs with sales reps (minimum of 4-5 per week) to observe their performance and provide feedback.
  • Complete ride-along scorecards and review them with sales reps, highlighting areas for improvement and reinforcing successful behaviors.
  • Engage in role-playing activities to enhance sales reps' confidence in opening and closing sequences.
  • Review sales scripting and rebuttals for accuracy, providing guidance and suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist sales reps with contract knowledge and provide guidance for successful deal closures.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify individuals in need of additional training or participation in boot camps.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging environment by demonstrating a winning mentality and offering support to the sales team.
  • Attend weekly meetings to contribute to coaching, training, and inspiring the sales team.
  • Engage daily on sales team boards to provide encouragement, congratulations, and support.
