DESCRIPTION: As a Field Service Engineer II supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Materials & Structural Analysis Division (MSD) Electron Microscopy (EM) portfolio, you'll contribute to delivering excellent service for sophisticated analytical and scientific instruments. Working with customers across research, industrial, semiconductor, materials science, and healthcare environments, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair advanced electron microscopy systems and related analytical instrumentation while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge electron microscopy technologies such as scanning and transmission electron microscopes (SEM/TEM), focused ion beam (FIB) systems, and related accessories, supporting customers who are driving breakthroughs in nanotechnology, life sciences, materials characterization, and semiconductor development.
