Requirements

  • Junior Field Service Engineers must have 1-4 years of semiconductor-related experience.
  • Senior Field Service Engineers must have 5+ years of semiconductor-related experience.
  • Knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on ICE Etch Tools.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical experience repairing and rebuilding pumps, motors, working with boilers, or changing commercial air unit filters
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible with assignments and responsibilities, able to multitask and prioritize
  • Able to handle basic arithmetic calculations
  • Required drug screening and background check
  • High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

  • Semiconductor Industry Experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Must know Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.
  • Assisting Senior FSE with preventative maintenance activities.
  • Must follow all customer safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE.
  • Power off all the system and related subcomponents.
  • Daily pre-task planning with the customer.
  • Document all decon activities (2D - Decon checklist).
  • Pump purging of gas lines.
  • Flush drain and blowout residual liquids.
  • Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures, using JHA/JSA, PPE, Lockout/Tagout, and chemical safety while driving quality and cost improvements.
  • Collaborate with area leaders and stakeholders to support preventative maintenance and resolve non-routine equipment and process issues.
