About The Position

The Field Service Manager position is responsible of supervising the service, repairs and installations completed on all types of window and door products in the commercial and residential market.

Requirements

  • Computer skills including MS Office, Outlook and Internet
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Must have customer service background
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License with at least a class “E” for drivers of non-commercial vehicles
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of experience.
  • Specialist areas of experience preferred: Three to five years of management field service experience
  • Service Management

  • Combination of office and outside setting.
  • Bending, standing, lifting and moving objects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of all products, install techniques and construction basics.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer communications skills.
  • Maintain courteous and professional demeanor when working with customers, contractors, management, and fellow employees.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, sometimes outside the “normal business hours” and travel as required.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
  • Follow all company rules and policies.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate using the English language.
  • Must be able to read and understand instructions and possess basic arithmetic skills.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
