About The Position

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Field Service Representative Analyst at Iron EagleX (IEX), a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). At IEX you’ll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Field Service Representative Analyst, you'll work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, test and troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Come help solve the world’s hardest problems.

Requirements

  • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
  • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, Microsoft Excel as well hardware, networks, and server administration
  • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum 4 years military experience
  • Ability to travel and work on-site, with OCONUS travel rotation
  • Security clearance level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility; US citizenship required
  • Role requirements: 5 days onsite; one 3-month deployment per year to Middle East

  • Experience briefing high-level military stakeholders
  • Special Operations experience
  • Experience with Palantir Gaia and Foundry

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side training to analysts.
  • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
  • Provide onsite support to advance team efforts through direct engagement with users to troubleshoot issues, gather feedback on capabilities and data integrations, iterate directly with users on new capabilities and provide training and support as required.
  • Attend customer meetings and develop strong relationships and advocacy within the customer organization at all levels.
