The Field Service Representative performs a variety of duties to provide technical support to the customer at a forward operating location. Essential Functions: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance. Possesses in-depth knowledge and skill in the repair, maintenance, and Air Tractor mission systems and electronic equipment. Maintains, repairs, tests and/or calibrates various types of aircraft electronic equipment. Applies technical knowledge of electronic principles and strong knowledge in troubleshooting techniques to determine mission equipment malfunctions and restore aircraft mission systems to full operational status. Performs work in accordance with technical manuals, schematics, engineering drawings, and written/verbal instructions. Ability to meet worldwide immunization and deployment requirements and is eligible for access to required classified material. Willingness and ability to work shifts as assigned and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team if required. CONUS and OCONUS deployment is required. Capable of completing/passing a required physical exam and CRC course prior to OCONUS deployment. Ability to work in the established OCONUS work/living environment, work shift schedules as assigned 7 days a week, 12 hours a day to support mission requirements. Performs other assigned duties as required by Management.
