SAIC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) for an immediate opening with the SENSE + INTERDICTION (SENSEI) Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS)/Counter Unmanned Systems (CUxS) Research and Development (R&D) program located in Crane, IN. This position requires technical expertise in the areas of RADAR technology, electro-optical and infra-red cameras, electronic warfare systems, command and control systems, and data distribution technology. We are looking for a candidate with significant SENSEI system knowledge to serve on a team of FSRs who operate in both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations. The teammate must be capable of high-level output centered on the ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the SENSEI system in its multiple configurations. This individual would serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SENSEI system, responsible for the technical integration, operational advisory, and lifecycle support of the U.S. Navy system. You would help ensure success by working directly with the government customer to support tasking that would include overseas, CONUS, and local garrison support. You must have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. This position requires a deep understanding of multiple disparate sensor modalities, in particular those that are applied for CUAS/CUxS purposes. It is expected that you will work cooperatively with the government customer team within the Integrated Counter Unmanned Systems Branch across four lines of operation: development engineering, software engineering, sustainment engineering, logistics and testing. The FSRs will provide on-site system maintenance and technical troubleshooting as well as operator support and training. Each FSR will identify, source, and track replacement components and conduct functional tests to return articles to service. FSRs will document maintenance and inspection actions while also reviewing and implementing service advisory/service bulletins to provide analysis and recommendations for changes and improvements to equipment installation, operation, modification, maintenance, training, and failure mode analysis for equipment. Candidate must be a self-starter with initiative and drive to work independently with little-to-no on-site supervision.
