The Decision Advantage Business Area at Leidos is looking for a Field Service Representative to support a fast-paced program with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center. The Field Service Rep will work with the Project Manager, Lead Field Service Rep and other team members tasked with on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various hardware systems, ensuring that all equipment meets DoD specifications. This position will also support the development of hardware deployment schedules and consult with the technical team on hardware specifications. The Field Service Rep must communicate with colleagues across multiple areas (project managers, other technical resources, etc.) and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position will serve as a point of contact for our mission partner during the deployment process, in collaboration with the Project Manager and Lead Field Service Rep. The chosen candidate must be able to be able to work on-site at our Lorton, VA office and also be comfortable with travel as needed to various customer locations.
