The role of an Installer or Service Technician is required to go where the customer and equipment are. Be prepared for travel that may require an overnight stay. Be prepared for the job by ensuring you have the right parts and tools. Report to work/job site on time. It is a basic expectation to report to work on time. When reporting to a customer location proper preparation for the day and travel time should be considered in order to meet this expectation. Be dependable. You are the face of our company to the customer. Represent the company in a positive light by doing what we said we were going to do. Help us meet our commitments, deadlines and give attention to detail while completing the job. Don't take shortcuts, these likely include skipped steps and ultimately lead to the need to return.
