About The Position

Fracht Group is seeking a hands-on Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in logistics or field operations that is based in the Western United States area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, construction, or related field
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged period of time in office environment, desk setting
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

Nice To Haves

  • Heavy haul or specialized logistics experience preferred

Responsibilities
