Requirements

Valid Driver’s License as well as a clean driving record.
Minimum of 1 year security experience
Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to quickly assess and handle difficult and hostile situations.
High school or equivalent (Required)
Security: 1 year (Required)
PERC Card (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Ability to commute/relocate: Chicago, IL 60609: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Nice To Haves

Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to assure our security guards are always at their best.
Make daily inspections of client locations. Ensure security officers are on post, in proper uniform and following post orders.
Provide leadership amongst 50+ security guards.
Ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.
Intervenes, when necessary, in resolving personnel problems and guides counseling of security
Ensures the efficient, effective, and compliant operations of all designated sites.
Acts as a readily available resource to clients (Security Staff) in the area of operations.
Report directly to upper management at United Security Services
The field supervisor will be provided with a company-issued vehicle and fuel card to support the performance of their duties.
