About The Position

Price Industries is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Suwanee, GA to provide after-sale support to customers via daily incoming requests. This role requires foundational mechanical engineering knowledge, CAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to interpret technical drawings; experience in customer service, technical support, HVAC, or sheet‑metal manufacturing is a strong plus. Responsibilities Travel to jobsites within North America up to 25% - 50% per month Diagnose & troubleshoot field issues Work with sales representatives and various internal departments on resolving product quality issues Engage in on-site product testing and performing minor repairs (as needed) Assist with installation and/or commissioning of systems which use Price products Participate in visits with sales representatives and their customers (either at PRCN, other Price Facilities, or in the field, as required) Perform presentations & webinars to train and prepare customers for installation of Price products Work on projects which help streamline processes within the Field Support Department

Requirements

  • An understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles, and ability to read engineering / architectural drawings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CAD software
  • Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to travel within North America
  • Technically inclined, energetic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely fashion with a high level of accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service and technical support would be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in sheet metal manufacturing and HVAC industry would be considered an asset.
