About The Position

Need someone with lab/pharma experience. 80% lab. Will do password resets, hardware support, SOP based work. Must follow procedures they receive from training. Will handle imaging, deployments and execution work. 100 users supported in Lab plus all HQ. 20-40 scientists they’d see most days. 160 devices. Any lab, pharma or manufacturing background is great. We are searching for in a NON-JUNIOR TS professional. Min. 5 years of experience in the complex environment. Additional Manager notes: • Looking for ideally a P2 level – mid level • Will support the lab PC’s that are connected to a lab instrument (ie. HPLC, Microscope, etc.). Instruments that collect lab data. • They will be supporting the scientists and issues they are having with their specific PC • experience with Pharma, Lab or quality department is preferred – having worked with scientific equipment. • This will be a long term contract as they are expanding labs and this person will also support building 82. • The work is all Tech Support (HW and SW). Not really imaging and deployment work as that is under the normal operations Tech team. • Want someone who wants to grow and learn.

Requirements

Lab/pharma experience
