CDD is looking for a Field Talent Development Trainer to coach, develop, and support Residential Specialists, Program Specialists, Program Directors, and DDPs across our programs. This role combines classroom facilitation with hands-on field coaching to ensure staff are prepared, competent, and confident in their roles.
