About The Position
Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current restaurant knowledge to train Team Members in new Chick-fil-A Restaurants on Brand and Operational Standards and to provide operational support at Chick-fil-A, Inc. assignments, including Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants, Chick-fil-A, Inc. Support Centers, or Disaster Relief or other similar temporary locations. FTS will develop your leadership, training, and operational skills while working with other outstanding leaders from across Chick-fil-A. Individuals applying for Field Talent Staff must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant, have worked at that location for at least six months, and have their current employer’s support before applying. The Chick-fil-A, Inc. Field Talent Staff (FTS) role is an opportunity for new and emerging Restaurant Leaders to utilize their current Restaurant knowledge by training Team Members in both new and Chick-fil-A, Inc.-Owned Restaurants.
Requirements
- Individuals applying for Field Talent Staff must currently work in a Chick-fil-A-branded restaurant
- Have worked at that location for at least six months
- Have their current employer’s support before applying
Responsibilities
- Serve at a Company-Owned Restaurant (COR) as Field Talent Staff
- Perform a number of training and operational support roles
