About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced Field Trainer to support childcare centers across the New Jersey region. This field-based role is responsible for delivering operational and curriculum training to center leadership and staff while reinforcing brand standards, program quality, and operational excellence. The Field Trainer partners closely with operations leaders and center teams to ensure consistent training delivery, strong classroom execution, and adherence to The Learning Experience standards. This role plays a critical part in onboarding new centers, supporting existing locations, and helping teams build the skills needed to provide high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate has strong early childhood education experience, enjoys coaching teams, and thrives in a field-based environment that combines training, relationship building, and operational support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in early childhood education, training, or center leadership
  • Strong knowledge of classroom management, curriculum implementation, and childcare licensing environments
  • Experience delivering training, coaching staff, or supporting professional development programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training schedules
  • Ability to travel frequently to childcare centers within the assigned region
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-person training for center leadership and classroom staff across multiple childcare locations
  • Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new centers and new employees
  • Reinforce curriculum implementation, classroom best practices, and operational procedures
  • Provide coaching and feedback to teachers and center leaders to support skill development
  • Ensure training aligns with The Learning Experience curriculum standards and operational expectations
  • Support centers in implementing training programs that improve classroom quality and consistency
  • Assist leadership teams with staff development plans and performance improvement
  • Support training and onboarding efforts during new center openings
  • Assist with rollout of new initiatives, systems, and operational updates
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure centers are prepared for successful program implementation
  • Build strong relationships with center directors, teachers, and regional leadership teams
  • Provide clear communication and follow-up to ensure training goals are achieved
  • Identify training needs and escalate operational concerns when appropriate
