Your responsibilities will include: Preparing bulk catering for Breakfast, Dinner, Crib, Desserts & Pastries Working collaboratively with Chefs, Kitchen Utilities, and Dining Room teams Upholding strict Food Safety and hygiene standards Ensuring catering controls are followed and minimising food wastage Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control in line with Compass Group requirements
