About The Position

Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently. This position is available forinternal applicants to depart from Perth Airport. DIDO options available for applicants living in Gruyere or surrounding Goldfields area. This role is available now, with a start date every 28 days. THE POSITION Reporting directly to Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential services in a remote mining accommodation environment Repair and maintain plumbing across the site including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Kitchen, Laundry, Bathrooms & Offices Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets etc. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks Prioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response times Additional Allowances available such as On Call, 3 Hour min. Call Outs, Contractor/Nominee allowance, Dual Trade, Leading Hand etc

Requirements

• WA Plumbing Licence
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport or DIDO from nearby to Gruyere

Nice To Haves

• Previous FIFO or remote work experience highly regarded
