About The Position

Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently. Mardie - 28 Villiages site. Smaller site with 380 Rooms, located in the Pilbara. FIFO from Perth Airport, Domestic flight to Karratha, and a bus ride to Mardie. Modern facilties with build completed in 2022. Your own permanent Room with Back to Back team member. Will be working alongside a HVAC, Elec, Maintenance Manager and TA on each swing. There is no Gas services on this site. This position has an anticipated start date of March/April 2026. Gruyere - ESS site. Larger site with approx 1200 rooms, located in the Goldfields. FIFO from Perth Airport, Charter flight to Leonora, near to airport. Joining a large established facilities maintenance team. Your own permanent Room with Back to Back team member. Will be working alongside a HVAC, Elec, Maintenance Manager and TA on each swing. Gas ticket optional. This position has an anticipated start date of March/April 2026. $106,696 Gross Per Year + Allowances + Super THE POSITION Reporting directly to Maintenance Manager, joining an established NPI Maintenance Team Repair and maintain plumbing across the site including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Kitchen, Laundry, Bathrooms & Offices Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets etc. Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks Additional Allowances available such as On Call, 3 Hour min. Requirements

• WA Plumbing Licence or Plumbing Contractors Licence
• Full C Class Drivers Licence
• White Card
• National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
