The Litigation File Clerk operates under the guidance and supervision of the Litigation Paralegal Supervisor, or in their absence, the Senior Litigation Paralegal. The primary responsibility is to retrieve various records essential for supporting case matters as well as to provide support in handling personal injury case files within the litigation process. This role requires a deep commitment to excellent customer service and effective communication. The Litigation File Clerk is known for consistently delivering high-quality work at a substantial volume. The Litigation File Clerk exhibits a strong sense of urgency.
