About The Position

Experience with Government contracts or large-scale operational support environments. Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP). Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 45 lbs. or more), bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret written English proficiently.
  • Organizational discipline and reliability in managing high‑volume file systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform file operations including storage, maintenance, interfiling, consolidations, audits, and searches.
  • Fulfill requests for files promptly and accurately.
  • File naturalization certificates and notices; assist in the closeout of citizenship ceremonies.
  • Provide administrative support for forms and applications used in Government adjudication processes.
  • Execute other duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
