Your Role: Operator – Fill/Finish Packaging - 12 Hour Day shift As the Fill/Finish Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Fill/Finish Operations team specializing in vial fill primary packaging and carton secondary packaging operations. In this role you’ll be responsible for delivering packaging demands with a high level of initiative, collaboration, and manufacturing excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in reading comprehension, and demonstrated ability to adhere to procedure and safe working practices

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or greater in biomanufacturing related discipline
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
  • Regulated, GMP experience
  • Demonstrated strong initiative, work ethic, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute Primary (vial filling) and Secondary (cartoning) packaging operations for Monoclonal Antibody production within the associated equipment sets. Including assembly, preparation, turnover, and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment.
  • Uphold GMP manufacturing standards with quality driven performance, documentation (lifecycle management), housekeeping, and staging.
  • Accurately perform Manufacturing Instructions with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and commitment to quality compliance.
  • Perform aseptic manipulations and demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to uphold manufacturing, quality, and safety core principles.
