Responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process, assembly of products or components according to specifications while ensuring accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System. Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures. Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor. Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. Meets daily production schedule as assigned. Performs quality checks on assembled pumps and motors to ensure product specifications are met. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
