Woman’s Hospital’s Non-Clinical Summer Internship Program offers college students a structured, project-based experience within a healthcare environment. Interns are assigned to a specific department and work on meaningful initiatives that support hospital operations while gaining professional experience, mentorship, and exposure to non-clinical healthcare careers. Woman’s Hospital is the largest specialty hospital for women and infants in the region and is committed to developing future talent through hands-on learning and service excellence. The Finance/Accounting Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting a broad range of financial and administrative functions within Woman’s Hospital. This role focuses on meaningful, project-based work and provides exposure to finance, accounting, payroll, patient accounting/billing, and health information management. The intern will work closely with Finance and Accounting leadership and cross-functional teams to support reporting, analysis, documentation, and process improvement initiatives, gaining insight into the financial operations of a healthcare organization. Application Requirements & Timeline: Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program relevant to the internship discipline (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field). Applicants must be available to participate in the full internship program during the designated summer session (June 1 - July 31, 2026) .
