The Finance Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the Church, ensuring accuracy, transparency, compliance, and stewardship. This role oversees payables, payroll validation, vendor management, benefits administration, reconciliations, reporting, and budget support while maintaining strong internal controls and documentation standards. The Finance Administrator serves as a key partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Trustees, ministry leaders, employees, vendors, and donors in ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence.
