Position Purpose: With the Superior Health Plan Accounting team in Texas, you will compile and analyze financial information for the company. Contributes to developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts Handles high level financial analysis Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of financial or data analysis experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including complex formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling support
  • Demonstrated experience working with large‑scale financial data sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to senior leadership and non‑financial partners
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accuracy with minimal oversight
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight reporting deadlines

Responsibilities
